博士後期課程への進学意思がない場合や、進学後のフェローシップ事業及び次世代研究事業のプログラム履修意思がなく、
博士後期課程におけるプログラム履修を辞退することが決定している場合は「辞退届」を当フォームに添付の上、提出してください。

Please let us know your intention for receiving the scholarship at the moment.
If you are not going to advance the doctoral degree course or you have a plan to quit Nagoya University Interdisciplinary Frontier Fellowship Program or THERS Interdisciplinary Frontier Next Generation Research Program after you enrolled the doctoral degree course, you need to submit “Letter of Notice in Declining Offer of Fellowship” via this form.
