国連経済社会理事会関連の組織が開発したe-learning programを使った研修会。セミナー室では、コーディネーターが研修支援をし、遠隔でプログラムの開発関係者が参加する。研修終了後、ウェブ上の試験に合格すると国連発行の公式修了証が発行される。

A UN e-learning program with one of developers and a one-site coordinator
Participants learn how to use SDGs and ICT for women's empowerment. Though this is an e-learning, one of developers of this program will be available via video-conference system. One coordinator will work with participants. After attending the program, a participant can take the final exam successfully to get an official certificate issued by the UN.
