5min Research Communication Café 発表者募集

大学院生・若手研究者による異分野交流イベント
5min Research Communication Café を開催します。

本イベントはこれまで「5min Research Communication Lunch」としてランチタイムにオンラインで実施していましたが、
今年度より「Café」へとリニューアルし、カフェタイム（14:40〜15:40）・対面＋オンラインのハイブリッド形式で開催します。
より多くの参加者と直接交流でき、これまで以上に活発なディスカッションが期待されます。

カジュアルな雰囲気の中で、5分間の研究発表＋ディスカッション（約20分）を行い、
専門外の人に「わかりやすく・魅力的に伝える力」を磨くことができます。

✔ 発表は5分＋ディスカッション20分
✔ 日本語・英語どちらでもOK（回ごとに交互）
✔ 本番1週間前にオンラインリハーサルあり（フィードバック付き）
✔ 教員・運営スタッフによるサポートあり

時間：14:40〜15:40
会場：ComoNe LOAM HALL（ハイブリッド開催）
※リハーサルは本番の1週間前・同時刻にオンラインで実施します。

Call for Presenters: 5min Research Communication Café

The Doctoral Education Consortium hosts the 5min Research Communication Café,
an interdisciplinary event where graduate students and early-career researchers present their research in just 5 minutes.

This event was previously held online as the “5min Research Communication Lunch” during lunchtime.
From this academic year, it has been renewed as the “Café,” with a new time slot (14:40–15:40) and a hybrid format combining on-site and online participation.
This allows for more direct interaction and is expected to lead to more active discussions.

In a casual and friendly atmosphere, participants give a 5-minute research presentation followed by about 20 minutes of discussion,
helping them develop the ability to communicate their research clearly and engagingly to non-specialist audiences.

✔ 5-minute presentation + 20-minute discussion
✔ Present in either English or Japanese (alternating sessions)
✔ Online rehearsal one week before (with feedback)
✔ Support from faculty and staff
