定員数をこえた場合、受講できないこともありますので、ご了承ください。

 

受講のための手続き
  1. WEBの「他学部講義選択」から他研究科科目を履修登録
  2. 授業担当教員に連絡し、受講許可を得る
  3. 所属研究科の教務学生係に申し出る

 習得した単位が卒業単位、または随意科目となるかは研究科により対応が異なります。詳細は、各研究科の教務担当係にお問い合わせください。

大学院共通科目 

学術研究者または高度職業人として国際的に活躍するための基盤となる、専門分野の枠組みを超えて共通な学力、資質・能力を涵養することを目的に、さまざまな大学院共通科目が開講されています。論文の書き方、体験を通じて学ぶワークショップ形式の講義、英語以外の諸外国語など、多岐にわたる科目が用意されています。

G30プログラムの提供する科目

G30(グローバル30)国際プログラムは、国籍に関係なく、外国の教育制度に基づいた教育を受けてきた学生を対象に開講され、世界水準の教授陣により、最新の研究内容や実用的な知識を英語で学ぶことができます。G30が提供する科目は、プログラムに所属しない一般学生が受講することも可能です。

NU-EMI Project

名大では英語による質の高い国際プログラム（上述のG30）が提供されており、これらの講義を一般学生も受講することができます。しかし、日本人学生にとって英語で講義を受講することはハードルが高い面もあると思います。NU-EMI Projectでは、チューターによる個別指導、グループ学習、ビデオ録画などを通じて、英語で学びたい学生を支援しています。 

Nagoya University’s Graduate Schools offer a variety of courses related to PhD Skills. This site provides a list of courses available to graduate students that transcend the boundaries of their respective schools.

Please note that it may not be possible to take the course of your choice if enrollments exceed the quota.

 

How to Enroll in Courses
  1. Register online to take courses of other Graduate Schools from “ the courses from Other Dpt” section.
  2. Contact the course’s coordinator and obtain permission to take the courses.
  3. Apply to the Educational Affairs Division of your own graduate school.

 Whether or not the credits for such courses are counted toward graduation or are treated as optional courses will differ from school to school. For details, contact the Educational Affairs Division of the individual graduate school.

For details of online registration for courses, read the information provided by your own graduate school.
Some graduate schools do not offer online registration. If this is the case for your own graduate school, consult with the Educational Affairs Division for how to take a courses offered by another school.

Nagoya University Graduate School Common Courses

Nagoya University offers a variety of Graduate School Common Subjects with the aim of fostering common academic abilities, qualities, and skills that transcend specialized areas and that will give students the foundations to flourish in the global arena as academic researchers and advanced professionals. There is a wide range of subjects available, including how to write papers, workshop-based courses for learning through hands-on experiences, and various foreign languages other than English.

G30

The G30 (Global 30) International Program offers an English-taught curriculum for students who completed their high school diploma outside of the Japanese system. G30 undergraduate programs include those in Automotive Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Law, Economics and Japan-in-Asia Cultural Studies. With the permission of the instructor, students in the regular program can attend G30 classes. After graduation, one in four G30 students enter graduate schools at universities outside of Japan.

NU-EMI Project

In the G30 International Program, students from many nationalities receive their education in English. The purpose of the NU-EMI project is to encourage Japanese students in the regular program to take G30 English-taught lectures by supporting them with tutors, study sessions, and video recordings of lectures. This is an excellent opportunity for Japanese students to experience lectures in English taught by faculty members with international experience and to make friends with international students. The long-term goal of the project is to encourage more Japanese students to apply to graduate schools abroad.
