Is Engineering an Art? What is its relationship to Science and Engineering?
Is Creativity the same as Innovation?
Are some people born naturally creative?
If not, can we make people creative and innovative?
These are some questions we will attempt to answer in this talk.
We will start with reflections on life, science and engineering, followed by great inventions that have improved our lives tremendously.
We then think about how we can be such innovators. How do we do Research and Development?
What’s our role to play to make our world a better place?
An objective of this talk is to change your mindsets and philosophies in life, to be active researchers and innovators,
and perhaps we will all become better and happier persons.
