●Title: Investigating Everyday Insecurity in Afghanistan Under Taliban Rule: Ordinary Individuals’ Perspectives
●Detail:
Since the Taliban's return in August 2021, how do affected individuals in Afghanistan perceive security and threats in their daily lives? This research captures their understanding of security, personal experiences, and coping strategies for dealing with insecurities. By highlighting these perceptions and experiences, the research amplifies their voices and offers potential recommendations for international humanitarian efforts.

●Title: Reversing the Irreversible: A Fusion of Information and Thermodynamics
Once mixed, milk and coffee do not separate due to the second law of thermodynamics. However, imagine a device that can reverse this process by manipulating each milk and coffee molecule. Then, can this "reverse playback" peacefully coexist with the second law? I will explain the history of more than 100 years of debate on this issue, which has fused seemingly disparate concepts of information and thermodynamics, along with our recent results.
