After joining Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Ms. Adachi was immediately dispatched to a
garment factory in Vietnam. While addressing the health issues of the women working
there, she visualized the impact of “Femtech” services that also contribute to performance
improvement. In this lecture, she will talk about her initiatives.
