春休みに実施するフランスストラスブールにおいて実施する海外短期自主研修プログラムの説明会を実施します。

プログラム概要
国際学会や海外での研究に興味がある大学院生を対象に、初めての海外研修を成功させるための準備をサポートします。
参加者は、フランスのストラスブール大学を拠点とした2週間の海外自主研修（研究室訪問や調査等）を自ら計画し、実行します。
その経験を通じて、専門家として海外で活躍するために必要となるPhD スキル（大学院生に求められる汎用的スキル）向上を目指します。
研修期間：2025年3月16日～3月30日
参加資格：博士課程、修士課程 （全分野）
費用：航空券、宿泊費、食費、海外旅行保険等、自主研修に関わる費用は自己負担です。
（自身の研究費がある場合には、研究費からの支出も可能です。）
費用補助：JASSO海外留学支援制度により、8万円の助成を受けられる可能性があります 。

We will be holding an information session for the short-term overseas independent study program in Strasbourg, France,
which will be conducted during the spring break.
Graduate students who are interested in participating in the program are encouraged to attend.

Program Overview
We support graduate students who are interested in international conferences and overseas research in preparing for a successful first overseas training.
Participants will plan and carry out a two-week independent study program based at the University of Strasbourg in France, including lab visits and surveys.
Through this experience, they aim to improve the PhD skills necessary to work as professionals overseas.
Period:2025/3/16～3/30
Eligibility:PhD and Master canditates (all fields)
Cost:Airfare, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, and other expenses related to independent research must be borne by the individual.
(If you have your own research funds, expenses can be covered from those funds.)
Financial assistance:80,000 yen grant through the JASSO Overseas Study Support Program
(subject to qualifications and requirements)
