将来の社会・経済を担う高度な「知のプロフェッショナル」養成への希求が日々高まる中、大学院政策として平成14年度の GCOE プログラム、平成23年度の博士リーディングプログラム、平成30年度の卓越大学院プログラムが行われてきました。
これら先導的なプログラムにおける取組・成果を、広く今後の大学院教育改革に活用することが重要です。そこでこの度、様々な分野で活躍している博士課程教育リーディングプログラムおよび卓越大学院プログラムの修了生の話を聞くことができる場、博士人材の採用を検討している組織と直接交流する場として本フォーラムを企画しました。また、博士学生が自身の課題意識をもとに「博士が社会でより活躍するための提言」を行い、大学・企業・関連省庁と対話する場も設けます。
参加者の皆様には、博士学生の高度な専門性とそれを活かすトランスファラブルスキルの優れた面を直接ご覧いただきたいと考えています。本フォーラムが、博士の「未来」を変え、そして博士が「未来」を変える契機になることを期待しています。

As demand for the training of advanced knowledge professionals who will be responsible for the future society and economy grows day by day, the “Global COE Program” of 2002, the “Program for Leading Graduate Schools” of 2011, and the “Doctoral Program for World-leading Innovative & Smart Education” (WISE Program) of 2018 have been implemented as graduate school policies. It is important that the initiatives and results of these leading programs be widely utilized in future reforms of graduate school education.
Therefore, this forum aims to provide opportunities to hear from graduates of the Program for Leading Graduate Schools and the WISE Program who are active in various fields, and to interact directly with organizations considering hiring PhD talent. Additionally, we will create a platform for PhD students to propose how PhDs can thrive in society and provide opportunities for dialogue with universities,
companies, and relevant ministries. We hope participants will directly witness the high expertise of PhD students and the excellent transferable skills they possess. We expect this forum to be a catalyst both for changing the future of PhD professionals and for helping PhD professionals themselves to change the future.

名古屋大学が幹事校として「大学院教育改革フォーラム2024―PhDs, Change the Future」を開催します。
企画にあたっては、「未来」を担う博士課程の学生たちにとって、「何が必要であり価値があるか」を重視し、検討を重ねてきました。その結果、学生自身の「未来」についてのイメージを広げ具体化すること、そして、博士人材がその力を存分に発揮できる社会基盤の構築に向けたアクションを起こすことが重要であるとの結論に至りました。
本フォーラムでは、様々な分野で活躍している博士課程教育リーディングプログラムおよび卓越大学院プログラムの修了生の話を聞くことができる場、博士人材の採用を検討している組織と学生が直接交流する場を設けます。

In 2024, Nagoya University will host the "2024 Forum for Gradate School Educational Reform - PhDs, Change the Future". During the planning, we emphasized understanding what is necessary and valuable for PhD students who will lead the "future." As a result, we concluded that it is crucial to expand and concretize the students’ vision of their "future" and take action towards building a social foundation where PhD holders can fully demonstrate their abilities.
This forum aims to provide opportunities to hear from graduates of the Leading Graduate School Programs and the WISE Program who are active in various fields, and to interact directly with organizations considering hiring PhD talent.
We look forward to your participation.
