Tongali博士プログラム Route1では、自分の研究をもとに「事業化」や「社会実装」に挑戦したい大学院生（修士・博士）をサポートします。
まずは、シリコンバレー発の実践型プログラム「リーンローンチパッド」で、研究が「誰のどんな課題を解決できるのか」を明確にし、アイデアをビジネスとして形にする力を身につけます。
さらに、イタリアのCIID※ での研修では、プロトタイピングや事業づくりに挑戦し、研究を社会で通用する「価値」へと育てます。

Route 1では、それぞれの専門分野での事業化を想定し、リーンローンチパッドプログラムでアイデアの仮説検証、イタリアのCIID （Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design ）研修施設にて、プロトタイピングなど事業化に向けての基礎を築くことを目指します。

This Tongali program for Master and PhD Students 2026- Route1 supports graduate students (master’s and doctoral candidates) who want to take on the challenge of “commercialization” or “social implementation” based on their own research. Route1 have mainly two components; Lean Launchpad program in Japan and CIID※training in Italy. First, through the hands-on “Lean Launchpad” program—originated in Silicon Valley—you’ll clarify exactly “whose problems your research can solve” and develop the skills to shape your ideas into a viable business. Then, during training at CIID※, you’ll take on prototyping and business development, transforming your research into “value” that resonates in society.

Tongaliでは未来に繋がる価値を創り、届けることができるトンガった人材の育成を目指し多様なアントレプレナーシップ教育プログラムの提供を行っています。
博士プログラムは、大学院生（修士、博士）に対してディープテック分野での起業に必要な知識と事業構想力の向上を目指すプログラムを実施します。
年間を通してRoute 1からRoute 3まで段階や目的別に合わせて準備しており、各回で公募します。プログラムについて、大体の概要を知るため昨年度参加した学生からのメッセージやレポートをこのページの下の方に記載してますのでご覧ください。

Tongali aims to cultivate exceptional talent capable of creating and delivering value that connects to the future, offering diverse entrepreneurship education programs. The program provides graduate students (master’s and doctoral) with knowledge and business conceptualization skills essential for entrepreneurship in deep tech fields. We offer Routes 1 through 3 throughout the year, tailored to different levels and objectives, and accept applications for each session.
