Bringing Japan’s Healthcare Quality Management to the World
-5S, KAIZEN and TQM Initiatives-
日本の工場で生まれた「職場をより良くするための管理手法」を、医療の現場、特に医療資源が乏しい開発途上国の公立病院にどのように応用するか。国際協力に長年従事してきた講師が、安全で質の高い医療を受けられるようにする取り組み、日本発の手法をアジアからアフリカへ広げてきた歩みと成果、課題を、実体験を交えて語ります。
This lecture explores how workplace improvement methods developed in Japan have been applied to public hospitals in developing countries. Drawing on firsthand experience, the speaker will discuss efforts to improve healthcare quality and safety, and the spread of Japanese management approaches from Asia to Africa.
