アジア・アフリカより20名弱の若手行政官を外国人研修生として日本に招聘し、国内で公募した国内研修生とともに約3ヶ月超の貿易・投資・開発に関する講義を実施するプログラム。

The program invites nearly 20 young government officials from Asia and Africa to Japan as foreign trainees, and together with selected domestic trainees, they give lectures on trade, investment, and development for over three months.

対象者
Eligibility
日本在住（国籍は問わない）で、大学院修士課程在籍以上の学歴もしくは同等の経験を持つ者（専攻分野は問わない）で、英語での授業に参加する十分な英語力を持つ者（TOEFL iBTスコア88以上が望ましい）。

Applicants must live in Japan (any nationality), have a master's degree or equivalent experience (regardless of field of study), and have sufficient English proficiency to attend classes in English (TOEFL iBT score of 88 or higher is preferred).
