Title: Enjoying hard work or compulsively overworking: effect of  Time Perspective personality on workaholism or work engagement.

Detail:
The term “workaholism” is used commonly out of the scientific field. The meaning associated with it working hard and might be looked as positive. 
Although In the scientific field the definition might be a little different, and positive workaholism is another construct that is called “work engagement”. In this research, a personality character (“Time perspective”) is taken into consideration to investigate what might lead to workaholism or work engagement.

Title: Do we need to standardize peace work?

Detail:
There are practices in peace work designed to make it more efficient and are generally considered as progress in the field. Through a qualitative study involving eight civil society organizations (CSO) in the Philippines, I identify what these practices are, where they come from, how they are used, and how they affect the way these CSOs provide solutions to problems encountered in peace work.
