＜About the presentation＞

■Title：The Constitution of Mongolia guarantees Environmental Rights to Citizens.
■Detail：
Suppose that the development of a mine by Company A destroyed the surrounding meadow. Nomads B live with livestock in the same area. Company A and nomads B do not own the land because the land is the property of the State.
The issue is whether nomads B can appeal to the court to suspend the actions of Company A based on their environmental rights.
The speaker will explain the reason why nomads B can do this.

■Title：How Can the Philippines Keep the World's Top Linen Material Producer?
■Detail：
Abaca is Manila hemp, the linen material. Though the Philippines has the world'stop supplier of abaca, its abaca industry suffers from two problems, low-quality products and low productivity.
The government institutions have provided varioussupport for abaca farmers but in vain.
My research shows the gap of motivationfor the abaca industry between government institutions and abaca farmers.
