アクションラーニングという教育方法を用いて、多文化間コミュニケーションスキル（特に聞く力、質問する力）、共感力、問題解決能力などを高めることのできるオンライン研修を開催します。
形式としては、参加者の皆さんから探究してみたいテーマを共有いただいて、
参加者間で基本的に質問のみを投げかけながら、視野を広げ、問題解決や行動計画を立てていきます。
「質問すること」に焦点を当てながら、多文化間チームで必要とされるコミュニケーションスキルや姿勢を高めてみませんか？
使用言語は参加者の皆さんの希望をお聞きして、グループによって調整する予定です。

We will have sessions to develop intercultural communication skills (especially listening and questioning skills),
empathy and problem-solving skills though an educational approach called “Action Learning”.
The format of action learning is one member will share a topic that they would like to explore,
and other the members will give constructive questions to broaden the perspectives and support the exploration.
Through this approach, you will be able to develop listening and questioning skills and attitudes which
are beneficial for working in multicultural teamwork.
We will divide participants into the groups by language preferences.
