The evolution of hardware has always been a difficult challenge. But hardware innovation drives the evolution of software, which in turn changes our lifestyle. Taking robot R&D as an example, I would like to talk about strategies for promoting new technologies and the qualities required of innovators.

Researches, creates, designs, invents, and manufactures humanoid robot prototypes from scratch. Developed robot astronaut “Kirobo”, robot martphone “RoBoHoN”,kit magazine “Robi”, Panasonic TVCM “EVOLTA” and RoboCup winner “VisiON”.Awards: TIME magazine ‘Coolest Inventions 2004’, Popular Science magazine ‘33 persons changing the future’, 5 Guinness World Records for Evolta and Kirobo, and Robo-cup world champion 2004-2008.
