We can see the three words; IoT, BigData, and AI on newspapers almost every day. They say that new horizon of ICT pointed out with these three words is going to develop a huge revolution so-called “Industry 4.0”. The current AI boom that is counted as the 3rd one is finally expected to realize it. There are three reasons why we can expect it;
1) a breakthrough so-called Deep Learning has happened in the area of Machine Learning.
2) BigDate for each problem can be fed for machine to learn.
3) Computing Power become enough for calculation of Deep Learning algorithm. Business world has started to aim at “Industry 4.0” with IoT, BigData, and AI. This special lecture is going to provide a review of the above mentioned “Industry 4.0” and “Strategy of Google”.

Mr. Norio Murakami
Representative Director, Norio Murakami Office /a board member of V-Cube Inc.,Mercari Inc., and CellSource Co.Ltd.,/Chairman of Institute for Hyper Network Society/Special Project Professor at Graduate School, Osaka City Univ./Former Vice President of Google Inc.,/Former President & Representative Director of Google Japan
Mr.Norio Murakami joined Google in April 2003 as Vice President of Google Inc., as well as President & Representative Director of Google Japan and was responsible for all aspects of Google's business in Japan. He became Honorary Chairman of Google Japan in Jan 2009, and finally retired from Google on Jan 1st, 2011, to set up Norio Murakami Office. Mr. Murakami graduated from Kyoto University with a B.S. in engineering and now serves as Representative Director, Norio Murakami Office, a board member of V-Cube Inc.,Mercari Inc., and CellSource Co.Ltd.,Chairman of Institute for Hyper Network Society, Professor at Graduate School of Osaka Metropolitan City Univ.
